OTS High Performance:

High Performance training allows players to grow their soccer fitness and skills in a fun and challenging environment. High performance training is designed to take each player to a higher level of performance as a soccer player and will include:

  • Detailed player training and evaluation to identify her/his Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats based on the four pillars of development (technical, tactical, physical and social)

  • A custom tailored training program will be created for the player and will be monitored weekly by the High Performance Coaching Staff.

  • High performance training involves:

    • Skill focused Training

    • Individualized Ball Work

    • On and Off The Ball Fitness 

    • Tactical Training

    • Game Analysis
